Circle of Security Parenting (COSP)
It is never too late to improve relationships with our children. Circle of Security Parenting looks at building the connection between parent and child as a means to create secure attachments for life.
COSP is based on John Bowlby’s attachment theory. Secure attachment relationships with caregivers are a protective factor for infants and preschoolers, setting the foundation for social competence and promoting effective functioning of the emotion regulation and stress response systems.

Bowen Technique can provide relief for many types of injuries and other health problems, both acute and chronic via the body’s innate healing mechanisms
My first experience of Bowen therapy was in 2005 and was so impressed by the gentle yet powerful healing effect it had on me I was eager to learn this technique. I have now been practicing Bowen Therapy since 2006.
Bowenwork is a dynamic system of soft tissue therapy that utilises subtle moves stimulating the body to heal itself, often profoundly.

DRUMBEAT and Drum Circles
Want a fun and easy way to build connection in a group? I can also offer DRUMBEAT, a 10 week therapeutic drum program and also single sessions and series of drum circles, influenced by Arthur Hull and Simon Faulkner’s community drum circle work. There is a large collection of research that continues to confirm how beneficial playing drums can be for health.
I have a collection of Djembes, a West African drum, plus many percussion instruments. Drum Circles are a fantastic way to bring some wellness practice into teams, in a work environment or class situation.
Creative work as a support for recovery and keeping well, is a passion of mine. I am able to offer single or small group sessions or group workshops with arts or crafts; using mono plate printing techniques, fibre arts, book making and journalling using a wide variety of mediums. I also create books, cards and journals for sale in my Etsy Shop
Mental Health Peer Support
I have lived experience of mental illness, both for myself and caring for family and working in the mental health non profit.
