Circle of Security Parenting uses a visual map that has been built from 50 plus years of attachment research.
This course is delivered over 8 weeks so you have plenty of practice time to integrate new skills. I am offering this over Zoom online platform so you can access it easily from home.
It is never too late! I learnt a lot when my children were already young adults.
